A revival of the vintage style Military Wet Pack supplied to the British Army in the 1920s, Daines & Hathaway’s wash kit has remained in popularity ever since. The waterproof lining keeps everything dry and the compartments offer ample storage for grooming tools. When not in use, it rolls up quickly and easily and fastens with Daines & Hathaway’s signature strap and buckle closure. The brilliant leather softens with age and continued use, developing a unique patina. Whether it’s gifted or bought for personal use, this Heritage Collection style will last for many years.
Pittards was established in 1826 and became known for its expertise in dyeing leathers and waterproof and washable leathers. In 1987 the Pittards Group merged with Garnar Booth PLC, one of its largest UK competitors. With the expansion, the company’s range of products now included clothing leathers and more niche pieces such as chamois leather.

The item, while exceedingly pretty, is a nightmare to use. items spill out creating messes, the fasteners are less than adequate and are prone open unexpectedly.T o date, my experience with Fendrihan, has generally been very good. This sub-standard item is an embarrassment for them to carry. I appear to be receiving unexpected pushback on their so-called 365 guarantee. I will keep you posted. I hope that they do the right thing.
I wasn't sure whether I'd like this as a "travel bag" for toilettries -- but, I liked the look of it and wanted to try it out. I love it! It's very "classy" and has a retro-travel feel. I really like the design, with the several separate compartments and the spaces for toothbrush/razor (with the inner strap that tightens to hold these items in place). This seems to be an item that's quite well-made, and has the feel of something that I'll be using for many years to come!. It's also a good size, not too massive; so I can fit it in at the bottom of my (not very big!) backpack whenever I go to stay someplace overnight. I'm very happy with this item!
This is one of life’s little luxuries that makes travel a tad more pleasant. That said, I’m rather embarrassed to admit that the internal middle section leather strap has me stumped. Not sure how/what to use it for. As with many things Fendrihan, look at the dimensions carefully before purchasing as the photos can somewhat distort the actual size.
This is a very high quality item that can carry all shaving and male morning items for a week long trip. I struggled over the leather finish prior to purchase, as most of my leather items (briefcases, satchels, backpacks, etc) were of high quality chestnut to chocolate brown leather (full grain and bridle leather). The very dark green finish is actually very complimentary to my other high end leather items. I look forward to the leather becoming softer with use. Highly recommended. I am now inspired to purchase a Boker straight razor...
