To complete your return, we require the purchaser’s name, email address, shipping address, order number and description of the item(s) returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.*
*Do not attach labels to a product box. Returns with labels placed directly on product boxes will NOT be refunded.
For hygienic and sanitary reasons, used items cannot be returned.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s). We encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returned merchandise. In the case of a lost or damaged return, a refund will not be issued.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
- Any item that has been opened and is returned with a broken seal
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
We will issue a full refund to your credit card (or other payment method) for the price of any product that you return and applicable taxes paid on the product’s value (minus the shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes on the shipping and handling charges), if we receive your product return request within sixty (60) days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We offer the refund for the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.
If we receive your product return after sixty (60) days from the delivery date, but within one (1) year of the order date, we will issue a store credit for the price of any product that you return and applicable taxes paid on the product’s value, shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept product return requests after one (1) year from the order date.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
If you received an order as a gift, we will require the contact information of the original purchaser to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement for any item.
