With a polished ebony handle and a radiant chrome head, Colonel Conk's Ebony Double-edged Safety Razor is a contemporary take on a classic model. The head is comprised of 2 pieces which cover and support the double-edged blade from top to bottom. These pieces stack together over the razor handle and screw on tightly, coming together to lend a close, smooth shave, with a solid bar guard to help prevent nicks and cuts. The handle is comfortable to hold and ideally balanced, offering just the right amount of impact to your shave. Emblazoned over the body of the handle, you'll find a decorative ' Colonel Ichabod Conk' etching, proudly asserting the razor's American barbershop heritage. Set this sleek grooming tool atop your bathroom counter, and shave like they did in the good old days.

Look wise its beautiful but not as good as my German made one I bought prior to this one. Blades needs to be pushed in cause they don't just slip in. Handle doesn't screw in as good and it sqeeks.
